Sneakerheads who downloaded the adidas Confirmed app earlier this week received a surprise notification this morning, the release date for the Yeezy 750 Boost. NBA All-Star Weekend is when adidas says the shoes will be dropping. No specific date as of yet, but its safe to assume anytime between this Friday and Sunday. An update should be coming soon.

As many of you know, several images of the Yeezy were shared on Friday night and coverage of the shoe has been non-stop. Adding to the hype, Kanye performed in his highly anticipated shoe at the Grammy's Sunday night. If All-Star Weekend releases weren't crazy enough as it is, it just got a bit crazier.

UPDATE (Monday, February 9, 4:50 p.m.):

Official launch information for the Kanye West x adidas Yeezy Boost has just been revealed. The sneakers will be released this Saturday, February 14, exclusively in New York. The Yeezy Boosts will be available for reservation at select adidas, Foot Locker, and Champs stores through the Confirmed app. You'll also be able to reserve the sneakers at The "a" Standard adidas x Foot Locker pop-up store on Fulton Street in Brooklyn.

There will also be non-app releases through select adidas stockists, including Packer Shoes and Dover Street Market.

Currently, the Yeezy Boosts are on display right now at the adidas store in SoHo.
