The cross-trainer is made up of smooth leather paneling that's highlighted by perforated toe box details, a forefoot strap, and tonal netting. The monochromatic vibe is broken up at the midsole as the Air Trainer IIs feature a contrasting white midsole with subtle hits of speckle print.
