Team USA advanced to the gold medal game yesterday after knocking off Lithuania, and it appears Kevin Durant has a special sneaker for the occasion. The NBA MVP recently took to his Instagram to show off a pair of his signature Nike KD 7s decked in navy and gold. The only issue is that KD won't actually be lacing up the sneakers for the FIBA Basketball World Cup because, as you probably already know, he voluntarily left the team before the start of the tourney. Nonetheless, could Nike be planning to drop the sneaker or will this be an exclusive for KD? We'll have to see how it all unfolds, but if the sneakers don't drop, there's still the "July 4th" KD 7s to rep for Team USA.
