Concepts teams up with Brooks for the 100-year-old company's first-ever collaboration sneaker.
Using the vintage Chariot model as the base, Concepts pulls direct inspiration from Brooks' home state of Washington for the theme of the project. Nicknamed "Merlot," the collaboration runner pays homage to Washington's reputation as one of the largest producers of Merlot grapes and wine.
From the dark navy heel to the blue midfoot and burgundy toe, the Chariot's color scheme represents the exact stages of color when Merlot grapes are turned into wine.
Own a pair of Brooks' first-ever collab by copping the runners this Saturday, September 13. The launch will be in-store at Concepts at 9 a.m. followed by an online drop at 10 a.m. EST.
