The bidding war is on for Andrew Wiggins. Likely to be one of the first few names called in this year's NBA Draft, Wiggins was thought to be a lock to sign a sneaker deal with adidas, the brand he wore during his one-year tenure at the University of Kansas. But there's another sneaker company expressing interest in the Canadian-born baller: Nike.
We now have a look at signage from Nike's Oregon campus that shows the brand making some sort of effort to court Wiggins, displayed on a set of doors that reads, "Big Wigg on Campus."
If Nike can get its hands on Wiggins, it would be an even more defining statement on its stronghold within basketball and the NBA.
