The Kobe 9 Elite is a true marvel in basketball innovation, as Nike stuffed more technologies into a single shoe then ever before. To expand on that innovation and push the boundaries even further, the legendary three-headed design monster of Mark Parker, Hiroshi Fujiwara, and Tinker Hatfield, developed the Nike Kobe 9 Elite Low HTM. The goal for the HTM series is to highlight new technologies, as well as hint at future applications to push the envelope and transform sports.

The Kobe 9 Elite Low HTM, celebrates the true potential Nike's Flyknit technology could have at revolutionizing basketball sneakers as we know them. Nike incorporated Dynamic Flywire cables that loosen and tighten in coordination with the natural motion of the foot. By removing the original collar from the Kobe 9 Elite, the HTM model offers more of a lifestyle look to the highly performance driven sneaker.

The Kobe 9 Elite Low HTM collection will debut in four colorways, all which feature unique details from Nike including embossed snake scales, reflective Swoosh trademarks, as well as the signature HTM logo to finish off the look. Unfortunately for us, the Kobe 9 Elite Low HTM is releasing exclusively at Nike Stadium Milano and Excelsior in Milan starting today, April 8. Good news, is Nike announced new versions of the Kobe 9 Low coming in the near future, so keep it locked to @SneakerReport for all information and updates.
