Andy Murray Wins Wimbledon Men's Singles in the adidas Barricade 7

And there you have it. The 2013 Wimbledon men's singles championship belongs to Andy Murray, making him the the first Birtish player to take home the title in 77 years. As he faced Novak Djokovic in a grueling match, Murray was able to earn the victory in straight sets, 6-4, 7-5, 6-4. In just the second meeting between Murray and Djokovic, Murray was able to secure the  second Grand Slam title of his career.

In an noteworthy twist, both Murray and Djokovic faced off while wearing the same sneakers, the adidas Barricade 7. Interestingly enough, it's not the first time this has happened. Both men wore the Barricade 7 when they met earlier this year at the Australian Open. In that meeting, Djokovic went home with the win.
