Last month, Nike Training Club (NTC) teamed up with current No. 1 ranked women’s tennis player Serena Williams to launch CorePower, a fitness app designed for athletes on the go.

Today, NTC introduces another fitness-themed collaboration with a female athlete that focuses on strength and balance. However, instead of Williams, pro surfer Lakey Peterson is getting in on the action with her very own 15-minute workout called “Beach Legs.”

During her workout, which consists of lower body exercises such as squats and lateral lunges, Peterson likes to lace up in a pair of Nike Free TR Breathe training sneakers. An upgrade from the Free TR Fit 3 model, the TR Breathe is a lightweight option designed specifically for women training in warmer summer months. The shoe features a redesigned upper for enhanced breathability, and that Free outsole technology that we’ve come to know and love.

Available now for $95.
