Blogger extraordinaire and Complex regular Marcus Troy embarked on a digital collaborative project with Nike Sportswear last year dubbed "The Mavericks." The project allowed athletes and regular folks to share stories and their take on what it is to be a maverick, or what makes someone a maverick. As an added incentive, by sharing your story you had a chance of being selected to create a Bespoke sneaker with Marcus at 21 Mercer in NYC. The two lucky winners were Carlos Sanchez and Timothy Rodrigues. Take a look at the video of their experience which was shot and edited by Marlon “Digital Storyteller” McLean of McLean Films.
