As part of BBC Three moving online, they’ve sent the cast of People Just Do Nothing on a publicity tour to make sure people know about the switch over. And for their latest stop, Beats, Grindah and the rest of the Kurupt FM crew dropped into Radio 1 to do a Live Lounge session this morning.
For their choice of cover version, they played homage to both old school garage and modern day grime, turning in versions of So Solid Crew’s ‘Oh No’ and Stormzy’s ‘Shut Up’. It not might top their 1Xtra takeover from late last year, but it’s good to see them repping So Solid.
