'Game of Thrones' Star Maisie Williams May Have Spoiled Something About Her Character

'Game of Thrones' star Maisie Williams posted an Instagram photo to commemorate her last day of shooting the HBO series but one hashtag is making fans think it could mean something more for the show's final season.

Game of Thrones' creators work hard to stop spoilers from getting out, but Maisie Williams may be working harder.

The HBO star, who plays Arya Stark in the popular series, posted a photo of a pair of bloody-looking white Nike Air Force 1 sneakers.

"goodbye belfast. goodbye arya. goodbye game of thrones. what a joy i’ve had. here’s to the adventures to come #lastwomanstanding #barely #immasleepforthenextfouryears #justkiddingidontsleep," read the Instagram post's caption.

But it was one particular hashtag that's drawing the attention of GOT's viewers—"#lastwomanstanding." Many believe this means Anya will be one of the lone survivors at the end of the final season.

Others have noted that the phrase could mean she was the last person to shoot a scene, which doesn't mean it will be the last scene of the season. But one thing is for sure: There will be blood.

With the long wait ahead for the final season, Game of Thrones' creators have been using multiple ways to prevent storylines from reaching the public, including filming multiple endings for the series finale and likely keeping secrets from the cast. But neither have stopped GOT viewers from speculating on what's to come.

In the meantime, Williams isn't the only one saying goodbye to Westeros. Last month, her co-star, Emilia Clarke, posted a sentimental message about her last day on set. "Hopped on a boat to an island to say goodbye to the land that has been my home away from home for almost a decade," read her Instagram post. "It's been a trip @gameofthrones thank you for the life I never dreamed I'd be able to live and the family I'll never stop missing."

Game of Thrones is expected to return for the final season in April 2019.
