Amber Rose Getting Breast Reduction Surgery: 'I'm Really Scared and Really Excited at the Same Time'

Amber Rose headed in for breast reduction surgery on Wednesday.

Amber Rose is gearing up for breast reduction surgery. The 34-year-old model and activist went to Instagram on Tuesday, Jan. 16 to share the news.

In the video (above), Dr. Garth Fisher compliments Rose and her "most gorgeous breasts" before sharing that she wants to downsize to "have more freedom to run around." And by freedom, Rose had one thing in mind that she's been looking forward to—wearing spaghetti straps again. The mom-of-one said she hasn't worn them since she was 10 years old. (Although she's definitely worn them several times in the past year.)

Rose has been thinking about undergoing the procedure for at least a year. Last July, she went to Instagram to voice her concerns about the procedure. "My boobs are stupid heavy, my back hurts and I can't wear cute lil shirts without a grandma bra," said Rose in the comments. "I'm really scared of the lollipop scars tho.... any advice? Are there any ladies out there that are much happier even though you have breast reduction scars?"

Her followers came through with the answers and it seems that Rose made her final decision. Dr. Fisher will join Dr. David Matlock in the surgical procedure that's scheduled for today, Jan. 17.

"I'm really scared and really excited at the same time," said Rose in her Instagram story earlier today. Hopefully her beau, 21 Savage, will be by her side to keep her comforted.
