Disney+ Shares New Trailer for 'The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder'

Disney+ has shared a trailer for 'The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder' revival, which will include the voices of original cast members and celebrity cameos.

Disney+’s The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder revival has a new trailer.

The footage depicts a montage of scenes from throughout the show, with the trailer starting off with Penny Proud wanting to go to a school dance, and her father Oscar feeling hesitant. Suga Mama continues to hassle Oscar throughout the clip, as he keeps attempting to prevent her from dating. The end of the trailer shows the various shenanigans and antics that the Prouds find themselves in throughout the series.

The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder debuts on Disney+ on Feb. 23.

The Louder and Prouder revival celebrates the 20th anniversary of the show, which first aired in 2001 and ran until 2005. 

The new series boasts a number of special guest appearances from celebrities across the music, sports, and entertainment realms, including Lizzo, Tiffany Haddish, Gabrielle Union, Cedric the Entertainer, Lil Nas X, Chance the Rapper, Normani, Jaden Smith, Marsai Martin, Lena Waithe, Anthony Anderson, Tina Knowles, Leslie Odom Jr., Carlos Mencia, and more.

Kyla Pratt, Tommy Davidson, Paula Jai Parker, JoMarie Payton, Karen Malina White, Alisa Reyes, and Soleil Moon Frye will also reprise their original roles, while Asante Blackk, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, and Marcus T. Paulk will have recurring roles on the show.
