LaNisha Cole, mother to Nick Cannon’s daughter Onyx, took to social media to show appreciation for her 7-month-old.

“My whole world… the most beautiful little girl,” the mom wrote on her Instagram Story, per People. “I will do everything I can every single day to make sure she knows how special she is and how much I love and adore her.”

Cole also shared another message where she discussed how public her life is. “It’s not normal to have your life play out in front of an audience, but this is the age we live in. That being said … no person’s path is linear,” she penned.. “There’s going to be blind curves, peaks, valleys, and sometimes we make wrong turns or run into dead ends. Simply correct course and get back on your forward moving path.”

She added, “I pray every day for strength, guidance, and peace. Regardless of where I’m at on my path, I know that God’s got me. And I’ve got Onyx.” Cole also shared photos of her boyfriend, filmmaker Brian Kuba with Onyx, and the baby sitting in her crib.

Cole’s dedication to her daughter comes after Cannon forgot Onyx’s name when asked by Howard Stern to list all 12 of his kids. “You threw me off because I was going in order!” Cannon said when Stern said he was wrong.

In addition to Onyx, Cannon has 11-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe, 6-year-old Golden, 2-year-old Powerful Queen, 6-month-old Rise, 22-month-old twins Zion and Zillion, 5-month-old Beautiful, 9-month-old Legendary Love, 4-month-old Halo, and Zen, who passed away in December 2021.
