According to Deadline, actress Maggie Gyllenhaal has been cast in Roland Emmerich's upcoming destroy everything!-movie, White House Down as the female lead, a Secret Service agent. She'll star alongside Channing Tatum, who is set to portray another Secret Service agent who is trying to protect President Jamie Foxx after the White House is attacked by terrorists.
She'll also probably be Tatum's love interest, because this is Hollywood, and it's obvious. Anyway, here is a compilation of things blowing up in Roland Emmerich movies.
