The Office may be ending this year, but Jenna Fischer won't be stepping out of the spotlight for long. The actress best known for portraying Pam Halpert in the long-running NBC comedy has just signed on to star in Neil LaBute's new off-Broadway play, Reasons to Be Happy, alongside Popular and GCB star Leslie Bibb, and Broadway veterans Josh Hamilton and Fred Weller

The play itself is a sort of companion piece to LaBute's 2008 play, Reasons to be Pretty, which debuted with the MCC Theater before moving to Broadway a year later, where it was nominated for three Tony awards. Reasons to be Happy features the same characters, and picks up three years after the events of Reasons to be Pretty.

The play will be both Bibb and Fischer's off-Broadway debuts. The production will run between May 16th and June 23rd at the Lucille Lortel Theatre in NYC.
