Portland's Willamette Week, a free, hip weekly guide to the city, sponsors the 4th annual Eat Mobile, a showcase of local food carts. Currently 40 different carts are slated to post up underneath the Morrison Bridge. All food cart staples are represented, as well as some interesting surprises (Ethiopian from a food cart? We're on board).

All proceeds from the event benefit Mercy Corps Northwest, an organization that assists motivated low-income individuals by helping them start or expand a small business.
