On Saturday, October 22, New Yorkers with the time and dedication to dress up their dogs in a most ridiculous fashion for Halloween congregated in Tompkins Square Park for the Annual Halloween Dog Parade. Complex rolled through with a camera and a plastered-on straight face to snap pictures of the pooches and the outfits their owners had selected for them.
