The Czechoslovakian family that created Bohemian Brewery have strict fermenting rules, like fermenting their lagers at just above freezing point for a minimum of eight weeks. Another dreamy draught-filled doozy from the Portland area, the land of beards and beer, Deschutes Brewery & Public House is famous around the country for having 18 flowing taps full of Pacific Northwest goodness. Around since the late '80s, the Anderson Valley Brewing Co. started out small as a 10-barrel brewhouse and now churns out tons of Bhal Hornin' treats in their tap room. The brewery grounds are sick, like as in the good way, for those looking for all-day recreation while getting their swerve on.
