The button layout has two rows of three buttons each, making it ideal for fighting games such as Marvel vs. Capcom 3; it also works great for other games that require lots of bumper-mashing, as those buttons have been moved next to the X, Y, A, and B buttons. What you lose, however, is the second analog thumbstick—it's not in fighters, but may limit the controller’s use in other genres. But for frugal fighters, the price is right at $39.99, and the artwork makes it one of the more impressive-looking gamepads out there. [PDP]
