Miley Cyrus has an odd relationship with bras. Or rather, maybe she doesn't have one at all. A day after wearing little else but a blazer to the Billboard Music Awards, she was spotted out in Los Angeles running errands sans bra. Her shirt, loose and open on the side, nearly exposed her sideboob while she was at it. Close call.
