Now that Katy Perry and Russell Brand are offical dunzo, the singer is looking to unload the penthouse apartment in Tribeca she bought with him in September 2010. The 1,500 square foot loft has 2 bedrooms, a cherrywood staircase, heated bathroom floors and a full city view. If you want to take it off her hands, just cought up the $2.75 million she originally paid for it, which is the same amount she has it listed for now.
