The white and red facade of Tribeca's Pearl Paint has been a New York landmark for years, but the famous hom supply store may be in jeopardy.
Vanishing New York reports that Pearl Paint will be closing its Canal Street location soon, and that the original's days may also be numbered. In fact, the space is listed for sale or tear-down on Massey Knakal Realty Services' website.
Considering that the space is 11,850-square-feet of prime real estate, selling could make the owners quite a bit of pocket change. Just how much remains to be seen.
