The first gameplay footage of the new Mortal Kombat X was shown during Sony's E3 2014 press event revealing two new characters and some bloody new fatalities.
The two new characters: one who is a insect-like firefly and the other is a tag team hulking giant with a spike wielding mini on its back face off in a fatal battle.
Mortal Kombat X was first announced last week and is in development for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and Windows PC. No release date is set yet.
