'L.A. Law' Star Larry Drake Dead at 66

L.A. Law star Larry Drake has died. The 66-year-old was found dead in his Hollywood home on Thursday afternoon, TMZ reports.
He is best known for playing Benny Stulwicz, a mentally challenged law clerk, on the NBC drama from 1987 to 1994. According to the Hollywood Reporter, he won back-to-back Emmy awards for the role in 1988 and 1989. The cast reunited in 2002 for L.A. Law: The Movie, which also aired on television.
He appeared in a number of shows including Boston Legal, 7th Heaven, Firefly, Six Feet Under, Stargate SG-1, Star Trek: Voyager, Superman, Prey, Tales from the Crypt and Fantasy Island. Film credits include American Pie 2, Desert Heat, Dr. Giggles and the cult classic Darkman.
The actor even lent his voice to a number of projects including As Told By Ginger, Johnny Bravo, What’s New, Scooby-Doo?, Justice League and Batman Beyond. His last noted credit was a voiceover for the video game Star Wars: The Force Unleashed - Ultimate Sith Edition in 2009.
