Former 'Bachelor' Contestant Erin Storm Dies in a Plane Crash

Former The Bachelor contestant Erin Storm has died. The 41-year-old competed for Matt Grant’s love on the 12th season of the reality series before getting eliminated after the third episode, Entertainment Weeklyreports.
On Monday, her single engine plane crashed not long after taking off from Hawthorne Airport in California and soon became engulfed in flames. According to TMZ, she was rushed to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. There were no other people on board.
Grant has since spoken out on her death, saying he was "shocked" when he heard the news. "Massively shocked. Devastated for her family and friends," he toldET. "We were lucky to have Erin on season 12. She was genuine, self-assured, beautiful and hilarious."
"My thoughts and prayers go out to her loved ones," he added.
