Breaking Down "Breaking Bad" With Slim Thug: "Full Measure" (s03e13)

When a meth head runs out of crystal, they can just steal some hubcaps and re-up. Addiction ain't that easy for Complex columnist Slim Thug, whose drug of choice is AMC's Breaking Bad. After a banger of a third season, Thugga got his last fix for a while with Sunday night's finale, "Full Measure." Fortunately, considering it'll have to last him a while, it was pure uncut dopeness, as the Mexican cartel tested Gus, he plotted to eliminate Walt and Jesse, and they took action to ensure their survival. For the final time this year, Slim reacts and breaks everything down in his Slim Thugga Reality Index. It's your last hit, so inhale deeply and hold it!

Slim Says: I thought it coulda went all the way bad for Walt right there. I thought they coulda fucked around and got rid of him. But Walt, he smart too, so he knew they ain't have no backup cook, they need him. Gus a businessman, so he knew [killing Walt] was gonna fuck his money up. As far as not givin' Jesse up, Jesse's Walt's dude, he got in the game with him. He fuck up a lot but I guess Walt feels he owes him his loyalty. And he fitna die of the cancer shit, so I'm sure he don't give a fuck about nothin' anyway.

Slim Says: That shit gettin' deeper and deeper. I think next season, Gus gonna fuck around and get his ass killt by the cartel. Mexican cartels don't play with nobody. They gonna send the real mufuckas up there. I mean, it look cool on TV, but how one dude [Mike] gon' kill a whole cartel of mufuckas? I think that's how Gus gonna get fucked off, through them. Gus, he be in that mufuckin' restaurant and e'rything, postin' up and shit. They know where he at. The Cousins went straight to him. I don't know if he hidin' out now or what. I feel like they gonna get to his ass sooner or later.

Slim Says: That was it from the beginning. I was like, "Aw shit, he brought old boy back, he fitna try to get him to get his lil' recipe and fuck Walt off eventually." Then Gus showed up at Gale's crib and that was it. I don't know if Gale believes Gus that Walt's cancer is why he wants him to take over. He prolly do though. Walt never told him he got into it with Gus. He don't know that Walt killt them boys.

Slim Says: Jesse shouldn't be hidin' in town. He shoulda been got outta there, quick than a mufucka, and hit the road, 'cause they on his ass and e'rybody know it. Mike let it be known he's tryna get rid of him. The plan to kill Gale, I dunno. Like I say, Gus a businessman, so if they do kill Gale and Gus don't have the recipe for that shit, they definitely gon' need Walt. That's crazy though, for him to try to take power like that. So what's gon' happen next, if Jesse do kill Gus? They do need Walt. They gon' let him go home? They gon' fuck around and keep his ass locked up, make him cook. "You gon' show me the recipe or you gon' die." But shit, plotting to kill Gale? Walt, he Hiesenberg for real now! He put on his hat and e'rything! He gangsta now. He like, "Fuck it, we in the game now, we gotta do this shit."

Slim Says: That was smart as fuck right there. If they felt like Gale had the recipe, Walt was gon' be outta there. He causin' too much trouble, he ain't listenin'. I'm sure Gus was about sick of that shit. He bought some time with that one. I ain't ever really think Walt was turning Jesse in, I thought he had a plan. I didn't think he was gon' give Jesse up. I always look at Walt like he think, "Man, I'm fitna die anyway, so I gotta do what the fuck I gotta do." He told Jesse, "If it comes down to it, it's me and you over Gus." I believe him when he say that shit.

Slim Says: I dunno if Jesse killt the dude. It looked like he turned the pistol to the right a lil' bit. I dunno what he did—but he shoulda killt Gale to save his own. And if he did, Gus is gonna be heated! That's what I can't wait to see! I hate that the show over already! This season was real good. I started watchin' Breaking Bad and The Wire at the same time. People told me they love The Wire but I think this was written better. It got that kinda story line that makes you wanna keep watchin'. I sat in two, three days and watched the whole first two seasons. I can't wait 'til next season!
