Yesterday, a man was arrested at his West Virginia home after fatally shooting two men that he thought were trespassing on his land. One of those "trespassers" turned out to be his new neighbor.

According to authorities, Barboursville resident Rodney Bruce Black admitted to shooting 60-year-old Garrick Hopkins and his brother, 61-year-old Carl Hopkins, Jr. Black, 62, though the Hopkins brothers were on his property illegally; it turns out that they were checking out Garrick Hopkins' new land where he planned to build a home for his family.

Several weapons were seized from Black's home at the time of his arrest. Black was charged with two counts of murder.
