At 11,200 square-feet and with 327 seats, Nobu Caesar’s Palace, set to the open this fall in Vegas, is the restaurant’s largest branch to date. Chef Nobu Matsuhisa says the project was inspired by his business partner Robert De Niro.
Specializing in new Japanese cuisine, the restaurant will feature options like the sea bass dish above (second image), which uses throwaways like broccoli stems and carrot skins as the marinade. When this place opens in the fall, you’ll want to be around.
