Using data from the NOAA Global Summary of the Day, this tool shows you where the most pleasant places in the U.S. can be found. Before playing with it, understand that pleasant places are determined by the number of "pleasant days." In this case, a pleasant day is one where the temperature falls between 55 and 75 degrees and there's no snow or precipitation. In other words, a day that sounds like the beat to Amerie's "Why Don't We Fall in Love."
Just type in a zip code and you can see the month that has the most pleasant days in the area. For example, if you type in "10010" (New York, N.Y.), you'll find that there are an average of 67 pleasant days a year, with the most coming in September. That's seven months away, so, in the interim, just wait for spring's arrival.
