A Florida man who was arrested last month for exposing himself outside of two stores claims he did it to woo women.
According to TCPalm, 48-year-old Hal Hamrick was seen flashing his genitals in front of a Port St. Lucie, Fla. Target on Feb. 17. What's more, he did the same outside of a Babies "R" Us:
A witness told Port St. Lucie police he saw a man in a Miami Heat shirt and athletic shorts exposing himself. The man twice put his genitals out for view in front of Target, and once in front of Babies R Us.
Each time he attempted to use a trash receptacle as cover for the act, an affidavit states.
When responding police officers approached Hamrick, he explained that he was doing it "for the ladies." According to him, "they like when he does [it]." For the record, they don't.
Hamrick was charged with indecent exposure in public.
