Police in Maryland say man and his two sons used pipes and a bat to beat another man who was trapped underneath a car following a funeral last week.
According to the Associated Press, deputies with the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office say the victim was struck by a car inside of a church parking lot on Dec. 5. That's when Steven Mason, 49, attacked him along with his sons, Stevin and Stephen, ages 25 and 21.
Steven and Stephen Mason were arrested on assault charges, while a warrant has been issued for Stevin Mason's arrest. Though details are sparse, the St. Mary County Sheriff's Office said the attack was the result of a dispute over land.
