The most recent set of charges against George Zimmerman have been dropped, authorities say.
Zimmerman, 31, was arrested in Lake May, Fla. earlier this month in what authorities say was a domestic dispute. According to the Associated Press, Zimmerman's ex-girlfriend told police that he hurled a bottle at her.
Police subsequently charged Zimmerman with aggravated assault, but authorities have been forced to drop the charges due to a lack of cooperation from the woman.
In July 2013, Zimmerman was acquitted of second-degree murder for killing 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Fla. a year before. Since his acquittal, he's had multiple run-ins with the law, including several domestic disputes.
