According to The Hollywood Reporter, Shia LaBeouf is in negotiations for a part in director Lars von Trier's (Melancholia) upcoming two-part erotic drama, Nymphomaniac. If he lands the role, he will be teaming up with actresses Nicole Kidman and Charlotte Gainsbourg for the ambitious project.
Nymphomaniac follows the sexual life of a woman (Gainsbourg) from birth to the age of 50, as recounted by her husband (Stellan Skarsgard). The movie will come out in two parts and von Trier will film a softer and more explicit version of each installment. It isn't known how big LaBeouf's role in the film will be if he does indeed agree to do it.
