Classic Super Mario fans rejoice, because Nintendo has announced that it's re-releasing classic Super Mario Bros. titles to the Switch in new, high-resolution quality.
As reported by Polygon, Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine, Super Mario 3D World, and Super Mario Galaxy are all featured in the series pack, Super Mario 3D All-Stars, to commemorate Nintendo's 35th anniversary.
Other titles that will also be going to Switch in the Mario series include Super Mario All-Stars, which included upgrades to more classic Super Mario Bros. titles like Super Mario Bros. 2 and 3, as well as Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels. Nintendo also announced that the next installment in the Super Mario Bros. series, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury, is set to release on Dec 2, 2021. All that is to say, there is a lot of new and improved Mario gameplay coming your way. The entire pack is available on Nintendo Switch Online today.
