Worldwide Wednesday: The 10 Hottest Illinois Women

In the words of Vice President Joe Biden, "This is a big fuckin' deal." Yesterday, President Obama signed into law the most significant reform in health care in decades, proving a whole host of naysayers wrong. Truth is, we don't know a public option from a pre-existing condition, but we do know there's a bunch of fine ladies from his home state of Illinois that we'd like to play Doctor with, so in honor of Obama and his epic new legislation, we've got The 10 Hottest Illinois Women...

#10: Michelle Obama

CLAIM TO FAME: Every good man needs a good woman behind him. And there's no woman quite like our first lady. Sure, she's not the hottest first lady in the world (those honors go to France's Carla Bruni-Sarkozy) but she's a step up from our last two. Plus she stuck by Barack back when he was a broke-ass community organizer with a funny name. If that ain't standing by your man, we don't know what is.

#9: Busy Phillips

CLAIM TO FAME: Although she's not a household name, you might recognize Phillips from her roles in shows like Freaks and Geeks, Dawson's Creek, and Cougar Town. Prior to acting, this blond bombshell worked on the toy fair circuit as a real-life Barbie. Unless we find out her super twos are made of plastic, it's all good.

#8: Shawnna

CLAIM TO FAME: Shawnna is the daughter of legendary blues musician Buddy Guy, but she's probably best known as a member of Disturbing tha Peace and as Ludacris' female sidekick. She might have gotten dropped off of Luda's Battle of The Sexes album, but when we move, she moves. Which makes something in our pants STAND UP!

#7: Liz Phair

CLAIM TO FAME: Phair's first album Exile in Guyville received endless critical acclaim but not much commercial success, which is pretty much the story of her career. But when she sang "I want to be your blow job queen" on her debut album, we became fans for life.

#6: Maria Kanellis

CLAIM TO FAME: Kanellis is best known as a WWE backstage interviewer turned Diva who has posed for Playboy in the past. She can body slam us any time.

#5: Adrianne Curry

CLAIM TO FAME: Curry initially became famous as the first person to win America's Next Top Model. Which was cool and all but then she had to go marry Peter Brady from The Brady Bunch. Seriously? Peter Brady?

#4: Anastacia

CLAIM TO FAME: For some reason this Chicago-born singer never became that popular in the United States, but she's sold over 20 million records worldwide and is huge in Asia and Europe. In fact, her second album was titled Freak of Nature which is also her nickname. We'd love for her to show us why.

#3: Nadine Velazquez

CLAIM TO FAME: Velazquez played Catalina Rana Aruca on My Name Is Earl and she was the main reason we watched the show (the second being Jaime Pressly). In the show, Velazquez played a woman who worked as a maid and moonlighted as a stripper; you can now find a picture of her in the Complex Dictionary next to "Dream woman."

#2: Jenny McCarthy

CLAIM TO FAME: How many girls do you know that started their careers by posing in Playboy but then went on to host game shows like Singled Out and star in films like BASEketball? Here's a better question, how many girls do you know who posed in Playboy wearing their high school sweater in order to pay for college? We'd accept McCarthy to Complex University ASAP.

#1: Cindy Crawford

CLAIM TO FAME: The model. The covers. The mole. Your damn right the G.O.A.T. supermodel is the hottest woman to ever come out of the The Prairie State.
