Kylie Jenner quoted sister Kim Kardashian when an influencer accused the beauty mogul of copying her Instagram.
In celebration of her recent vacation to Turks and Caicos, Kylie posted a photo of herself in nothing but the Jacquemus "Le Bomba" straw hat. In the picture, Jenner veils her face behind the floppy accessory and poses semi-nude. A host of fans took to the comments section to complement the reality star, but influencer Amanda Ensing used the public forum to accuse Kylie of copying her, as she had recently taken to Instagram to pose naked in an oversized straw hat.
After the reality star posted a photo of herself in Turks and Caicos, Ensing, who has 1.4 million followers of her own, commented, "This photo looks awfully familiar," alongside the thinking face and sweatdrop emojis.
Jenner the promptly responded by implicitly informing the YouTube personality that her pose wasn't all that original to begin with. "From the words of Kim K ur not on my mood board but I did get my inspo off of Pinterest," she wrote with a shrug emoji.
Hours before Jenner and Ensing's exchange, Keeping Up With the Kardashians released a teaser clip from the upcoming season of the reality show, in which Kylie addresses her fallout with former best friend, Jordyn Woods.
"I think that this whole Jordyn situation needed to happen for a reason—for me, for her, for you, for everybody," she tells Khloé in the video. "She was my security blanket. She lived with me. We did everything together. I just felt like, ‘Oh, I have Jordyn. I don’t need anything else.’ And I feel like there’s a part of me that needed to grow without her. Sometimes people are there for certain reasons at certain times in your life and then not there for others."
