The hottest show on the web and the hottest hip-hop collective join forces for a collaboration set to break the internet. First We Feast’s Hot Ones and 88rising have teamed up to create Dragon in the Clouds—a limited-edition hot sauce available on Thursday, Aug. 15, at 11 a.m. ET at 88nightmarket.com and Saturday, Aug. 17, at the Head in the Clouds Festival.

With Dragon in the Clouds, Hot Ones and 88rising combine to create total sensory overload. Contrasting yet harmonious flavors fuse with face-melting chilies to induce panic and euphoria, including floral Sichuan peppercorn, ghost peppers, vinegar, yuzu, mustard, and fresh garlic. The sauce itself is the true definition of a rollercoaster: intense at first taste, mellows soon after, then slowly crescendos toward the top of the Scoville scale.

This collaboration pays homage to the two brands’ creative history together, combining extreme heat with carefully curated flavors from Asia. The ingredients reference the diverse backgrounds of 88rising’s roster: yuzu to represent Japan (Joji), sambal to represent Indonesia (Rich Brian), and Sichuan peppercorns to represent the Higher Brothers (China). Packed with habanero peppers, it is one of the hottest sauces Hot Ones has ever released! Fans can also purchase Dragon in the Clouds at 88rising’s Head in the Clouds music festival this Saturday, Aug. 17, and it is available for bundling with limited-edition First We Feast x 88rising merch.

Dragon in the Clouds is the first Hot Ones sauce collaboration with another brand and the latest expansion of 88rising’s partnership with First We Feast, which is a part of Complex Networks. The brand’s hit series Feast Mansion, starring Joji and Rich Brian, recently returned for Season 2 and offers a fresh, humor-fueled spin on the stand-and-stir cooking show format. The origin of Dragon in the Clouds was teased in Episode 1 and Episode 2 of the new season, in which Hot Ones host Sean Evans, Rich Brian, and Joji create a hot sauce to share with R&B sensation NIKI and international pizza consultant Anthony Falco.

New episodes of Feast Mansion air Wednesdays at 11 a.m. ET on First We Feast’s YouTube channel. For more information on Hot Ones sauces, visit Heatonist.com. For the latest on 88rising, visit 88rising.com.
