When we last left The Walking Dead’s Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus), things weren’t going that well. The Terminus lunatics had taken him hostage, throwing his very survival into question. Fans have taken up the popular expression “If Daryl dies, we riot,” and may truly mean it for all we know.
Well, today we got our first glimpse into the new season, and let’s just say that it still isn’t looking that great for Daryl:
Bound, beaten, and bloodied, Daryl looks to be in a whole lot of trouble here. Is he going to survive, or will we have to channel Daryl’s inner hunter, grab some crossbows, and take to the streets? We’ll have to wait until The Walking Dead’s October premiere to find out the answer for sure.
