Even though Steve Buscemi may not find the “Steve Buscemi Eyes” meme all that funny, the rest of the internet disagrees with him. And, apparently, so does Buscemi’s own wife.
On Late Night With Seth Meyers, the host went through a few images of Disney princesses adorned with Buscemi’s eyes. While this exercise failed to elicit much of a laugh from the actor, he did, however, suggest that the new look “makes those characters a little bit hotter,” which is a fairly creepy thing to say about animated, roughly-teenaged girls.
Then again, creepy is totally Buscemi’s game. So in a way, it all makes sense.
