Independence Day 2 is ready for takeoff as it rounds up the old gang, with Jeff Goldblum, and Bill Pullman in tow, plus newbies like Liam Hemsworth and now It Follows breakout star, Maika Monroe.
Monroe will be a leading lady again, playing daughter to Pullman as he reprises his role of the President of the United States, in addition to playing a love interest to Hemsworth.
Contrary to what you may think, Independence Day 2 won't hit theaters on Independence day, but on June 24, 2016.
