Halo fans have something new to look forward to.
According to reports, Dark Horse, third largest comic publisher, has signed on to bring the video game juggernaut to print.
Entitled Halo: Escalation, will be centered around the UNSC flagship Infinity as the crew has been sanctioned an escort mission for the covenant. The writer for the new comic series is Chris Schlerf, who just happened to be the lead writer for the Halo 4 video game.

The first issue is scheduled for December 11, and although it looks as if Master Chief will be left out of this series, a deeper look into Infinity could provide some interesting plot lines.
