If somebody told me they could make a movie, even a short one, about Mega Man X for less than a million dollars, I'd have probably laughed in their face.
Director Olan Rogers sure showed me. He made this five-minute movie for only 700 bucks.
The best (and worst) part is it feels like a prologue to something much bigger. I doubt we'll ever see it, but at least we've gotten a glimpse of Mega Man: The Movie.
