The new film Think Like a Man, which drops on April 20th, features a crew that will have you shaking with laughter, and for many of you out there, shaking your heads in all too knowing empathy. These bros think they've seen it all, and then their women discover Steve Harvey's book on relationships, Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man. From that point on, all bets are off, and it's men vs. women in the ultimate contest of will and ingenuity.

The real-life battle of the sexes can get to be a grind, so we're offering you a few ways to arm yourself in this ongoing struggle. First, there's the Think Like a Man custom dating app, available here. Second, there's the "Think Like a High Roller" sweepstakes, offering a grand prize weekend in Vegas for you and the fellas, which you can enter here. And finally, we're providing a little background on the movie's five male leads, all of whom have their work cut out for them in this one.

Actor: Kevin Hart/Role: Cedric

Actor: Kevin Hart/Role: Cedric

This comedian may only be 5'2", but that doesn't matter when you're standing on top of the world. His 2011 comedy tour, Laugh at My Pain, was the hit of the year, and the independently produced and distributed concert video was a financial smash. But back in the day, Kevin was the typical struggling comic. Only as he started to build his reputation as a dynamic and inventive performer, did Kevin Hart begin to see the love from Hollywood. He developed his first TV series, The Big House, in 2005, and around that same time he began turning up more regularly in films, including The 40 Year Old Virgin, Soul Plane, and the Scary Movie franchise of spoofs.

Think Like a Man has Kevin Hart playing Cedric, that guy who's always just enough removed from the drama to keep some perspective—and when you're dealing with Kevin Hart, you know that perspective will be hilarious.

Actor: Romany Malco/Role: Zeke

Actor: Romany Malco/Role: Zeke

Romany Malco was around for a minute when he got his big break in 2005's The 40 Year Old Virgin. It's hard to say you stole the show from the likes of Steve Carell, Seth Rogen, and Jane Lynch, but he definitely stole his share of scenes (in one case with an assist from Kevin Hart). It was also around this time that Malco started work on the Showtime series Weeds, in what would turn out to be another signature role, that of drug dealer Conrad. Since then, he's appeared in the films Baby Mama and Blades of Glory, and the TV series No Ordinary Family and The Good Wife. In Think Like a Man, this real-life Brooklyn native portrays Zeke, a player who is about to meet his match.

Actor: Jerry Ferrara/Role: Jeremy

Actor: Jerry Ferrara/Role: Jeremy

Some actors are so closely associated with a single role that it's hard to draw the distinction between life and art. And while actor Jerry Ferrara is not Turtle, the role he played on Entourage, there are some key similarities between the actor and his former alter-ego. First things first, though: Jerry is from Brooklyn, and Turtle is from Queens. Now that that's out of the way, you should know that Jerry, like Turtle, has too much drive to be content chauffeuring anyone around all day.

Like the later-years Turtle, Jerry knows how to hustle. After discovering acting in college, he moved to Los Angeles and quickly found work in television and independent film, before landing the life-changing gig on Entourage. In Think Like a Man, Jerry plays Jeremy, another guy whose drive has paid off; a successful video game designer, Jeremy has got it made, and is happy to enjoy life for a while. Unfortunately, one thing he may be taking for granted is his girlfriend, Kristen, who is ready for him to get ambitious in the ring department.

Actor: Terrence J/Role: Michael

Actor: Terrence J/Role: Michael

The story of Terrence J reads like its own Hollywood screenplay: young man with a passion for music and a way with people auditions to host the #1 rated television show on BET, 106 & Park, and against all odds, he books it. Since 106 & Park made him an overnight sensation, Terrence has become an in-demand actor, having appeared on BET's hit series The Game, and the films Stomp the Yard 2 and Burlesque. In Think Like a Man, Terrence plays Michael, a real catch for any woman, who is unfortunately still hooked by his mother. He gets serious with Candace, a single mom herself, but it quickly becomes clear that for things to go further, he's going to need to leave the nest.

Actor: Michael Ealy/Role: Dominic

Actor: Michael Ealy/Role: Dominic

Michael Ealy's career was given an early lift from his role in the hit comedy Barbershop, but it wasn't until 2007's Showtime series Sleeper Cell that Hollywood began to appreciate his full range. A Golden Globe nomination later, Ealy has appeared in a variety of feature projects, from the drama Seven Pounds to the action move Underworld Awakening, and he now top-lines his own show, Common Law. In Think Like a Man, Ealy plays Dominic, a guy who proves the old adage that you should never judge a book by its cover. While he may be a line cook, and occasionally a valet, Dominic has the talent and ambition to become a great chef. The question is whether or not high-powered businesswoman Lauren will be able to see past his current situation.
