Citrus Party
1 oz BACARDÍ LIMON
1 oz BACARDÍ TANGERINE
2 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
2 each Lime Wedges (squeezed into drink)
Orange Slice or a Citrus Skewer of orange, lemon and lime
Pour all ingredients into a collins serving glass that is filled with ice. Squeeze two lime wedges into drink. Stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with an orange slice or a fun garnish citrus skewer of orange, lemon and lime slices.
Red Rum Punch
1 Part BACARDÍ LIMON
1 Part BACARDÍ RASPBERRY
2 oz Lemonade
1 oz Cranberry Juice
Lemon Wedge
Mint Sprig
Pour all ingredients into a collins mixing glass and fill with ice. Cap with a tin and shake. Strain into a serving glass filled with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon wedge.
Limon Lemonade
1 part BACARDÍ Limon
3 parts lemonade
Pour ingredients over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Cuba Libre
1 part BACARDÍ Superior
2 parts cola (bottled)
Build in a short glass. Add ice and stir.
Pomegranate Mojito
2oz Bacardi Superior
½ fresh lime cut into quarters
12 fresh mint leaves
.75oz grenadine
Soda water
Place the lime segments in a tall glass and muddle gently to release the lime juice. Clap the mint in your hands and drop into the glass (do not muddle). Add grenadine. Fill the glass to the top with crushed ice. Add Bacardi Superior and soda. Stir well with a bar spoon to release limes from the bottom. Top up with more crushed ice. Garnish with a healthy bouquet of mint and a slice of pomegranate with seeds intact.
