End-Of-Summer Cocktail Recipes For Your Labour Day Weekend

It’s hard to believe that the Labour Day long weekend is just around the corner. As the summer slowly disappears, you’re probably going to want to celebrate with the squad. (May we suggest a cottage long weekend with the crew?) First step to saying goodbye to summer? Some refreshments that are guaranteed to take your get together to the next level.

So... Say so long to summer 2016 with one of these next-level Labor Day cocktails.

1 oz BACARDÍ LIMON

1 oz BACARDÍ TANGERINE

2 oz Orange Juice

1 oz Grapefruit Juice

2 each Lime Wedges (squeezed into drink)

Orange Slice or a Citrus Skewer of orange, lemon and lime

Pour all ingredients into a collins serving glass that is filled with ice. Squeeze two lime wedges into drink. Stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with an orange slice or a fun garnish citrus skewer of orange, lemon and lime slices.

1 Part BACARDÍ LIMON

1 Part BACARDÍ RASPBERRY

2 oz Lemonade

1 oz Cranberry Juice

Lemon Wedge

Mint Sprig

Pour all ingredients into a collins mixing glass and fill with ice. Cap with a tin and shake. Strain into a serving glass filled with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon wedge.

1 part BACARDÍ Superior

2 parts cola (bottled)

Build in a short glass. Add ice and stir.

1 part BACARDÍ Limon

3 parts lemonade

Pour ingredients over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
