Paul Mooney's twin sons are calling BS on the sexual abuse allegations against their father.

In a recent interview with Comedy Hype, Daryl and Dwayne Mooney addressed the claims that the legendary comedian had "violated" Richard Pryor's son over 30 years ago. The allegations were made by Richard Sr.'s former bodyguard Rashon Kahn, who said the abuse is what ultimately led Richard Sr. to consider putting a $1 million hit on Mooney. Kahn emphasized, however, that his former boss never acted on this idea.

"From Jo Jo Dancer[1986] on, their relationship became fragile because Paul Mooney had f*cked Richard's son by that time," Kahn told Comedy Hype several weeks ago. "... So from there on, whatever Paul Mooney was to Richard, and there was a time when Paul Mooney was Richard's friend (...) so when Paul did what he did it was a violation of friendship, first, and then my son. And in some circles that's supposed to be dealt with."

Mooney has yet to publicly address the scandal because, according to his sons, he isn't aware that there is a scandal.

"Paul Mooney ain't hiding. Paul Mooney is not well," Dwayne said. "... He doesn't even know what's going on right now, with all this Richard Pryor stuff. He don't need to speak on it. We're speaking on it. We're his oldest sons ..."

The brothers denied the reports that Mooney's recent gig cancelation had anything to do with Kahn's allegations, insisting their father had to pull out of the event because of health issues.

"My response is 'Fuck you,'" Daryl said. "Rashon, fuck you. OK, coming out with some bullshit like that when Paul is ailing, after he's old. If the shit was hot, you should've told that shit years ago. Richard Pyor Jr. ain't say nothing about it, so why you gonna tell somebody's business."

Shortly after Kahn's interview came out, TMZ asked Richard Jr. about the sexual abuse allegations. Richard Jr. doesn't specifically name Mooney, but suggested the violation did occur: "Whatever happened in my life, it happened when I was young. Way before the '80s."

The cameraman went on to ask him if the relationship with Mooney was consensual, to which he replied: "How can any relationship be consensual if I was a teenager?"

The Mooney twins believe Richard Jr. has yet to confirm Kahn's accusations, as he never mentioned their father's name during his brief statements to TMZ.

"Ain't none of it true. It's all lies. It's all gossip," Daryl said. "Until Richard Pryor Jr. steps up to the plate and says somebody did something, then it's true. Other than that, it's just haterade ... If this happened, how old was he? You say he was a little boy, but then you say the timeline is different. Was he 19? Was he 20? Until Richard Pryor Jr. comes out with it, we don't—I don't know. 'Cause people can say any damn thing, especially you're hating on somebody."

Daryl then compared the situation to the sexual abuse allegations against Michael Jackson and Bill Cosby.

"Look what they do to these black men after they've created a legacy," he said. "Then all of a sudden they get older, somebody wanna crack and destroy their legacy. Are you kidding? The legacy is too strong to be destroyed unless you're coming with something real and you got some proof about it, 'cause other than that, you're just talking shit."
