UPDATE: Hamid Mourad, the 18-year-old suspect in the attack on the Charlie Hebdo newspaper, has turned himself in, according to ABC, Le Monde, and France 24.

The other two suspects—Cherif Kouachi and Said Kouachi— are still on the loose, and French police have issued a wanted poster asking for help locating the men.

NBC News' Pete Williams reported earlier tonight that one of the suspects had been killed and two others captured, but NBC now says it can't confirm that report due to conflicting information its confidential sources received from French authorities.

NBC had attributed that earlier report to "two senior U.S. counterterrorism officials."

Earlier in the day, authorities identified the suspects in the attack that left 12 people dead at the Paris offices of the publication Charlie Hebdo as Said Kouachi and Cherif Kouachi, both from France and in their 30s, and Hamvd Mourad, 18.

Eleven other people were injured in the attack on the publication, which has angered some Muslims over the publication of cartoons that depicted the Prophet Muhammad.  Four of those injured were in critical condition.

A police official told The Associated Press that the attackers were linked to a Yemeni terrorist network.
