Mortimer Rictusgrin may only be a talking skull but he's got an insatiable lust for he ladies, living or not. He'll ask you to hit on anything that's female and engaging in prostitution in Planescape Torment is actually a boon for this character. He may be a hilarious “guy” to have around, but he's got one thing on his mind and isn't afraid to share it.

At heart he's a caring and sympathetic party member, but if you're female and cross his path, watch out.

This tubby blonde Don kidnaps Aerith for some not-so-innocent purposes and after Tifa takes it upon herself to infiltrate his mansion, she falls prey as well. The Don is a disgusting man that never allows males in his building, where he takes plenty of women in for who-knows-what. When Cloud cross-dresses to save Tifa and Aerith, the Don is interested in him, too. Oh, and he also lets his underlings have their way with anyone that isn't fit for the Don's “needs.” A foul man indeed.

This snarky otaku is a huge fan of the moe series Bizarre Jelly and appreciates the female form a bit too much. Unfortunately his timing's a little strange. He oogles from afar and isn't afraid to make advances but he seems to only want to profess true love after the woman's head has been blown off by a grenade. He's an assassin and (to some) an unlikable jerk, but he's always ready to charge his beam katana. And you've seen what that entails, right?

This flirtatious pilot loves to dress up like a Playboy bunny to give the rest of her crew mates a "show" and is always up for a good time no matter who it's with. Male or female, it certainly doesn't matter to Excellen. Her attacks are comprised of tongue-in-cheek “love love” nomenclature and she's known well for hitting on even the younger members of the crew. When she's not helping others with their own relationships she's busy trying to establish one of her own – even though she's got a boyfriend in Kyosuke Nanbu.

Rance was a pervert since the ripe age of 13, having got his start flying through and flipping up schoolgirl skirts as a youngster. Commander Shepard

This might be stretching it a bit, we know, but the Commander, whether played as male or female, is both a man's and ladies' man, romancing a good portion of the Mass Effect cast. Add to that, being hit on by 99% of the members of the opposite (and same, depending on player choice) sex. While his “interests” aren't truly canon, it's easy to see that neither race nor gender come into play when the Commander is choosing his favorite partner on the Citadel.
Kratos
God of War
Kratos may be the new God of War, but he's still got a lot on his shoulders. That however, doesn't keep him from charged-up orgies with multiple women at a time. Engaging in these sexfests even provides Kratos with orbs – you can probably callin it an orb-gasm. It may not be so easy to notice as Kratos carves through crowds of enemies like a hot knife through butter but we see through the act.
