According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Mendes claims he discovered Ramone’s alleged affair around April 11, 2026. He alleges that after learning about the purported relationship, Ramone demanded that he leave their marital home. Mendes says he ultimately moved out on May 6, roughly two weeks before filing for divorce after four years of marriage.
The new filing also introduces an allegation that was not previously included in reporting surrounding Ramone’s May arrest. Mendes claims Ramone threatened him with a knife while holding Aleesi during a confrontation later that month. He says he contacted police afterward, leading to Ramone being taken into custody.
That allegation differs from what surfaced in the police report tied to Ramone’s arrest. Mendes previously told officers that Ramone slapped him in the face during an argument after he visited her Nevada home so Aleesi could say goodbye before Ramone traveled to Brazil.
